Our next Make it happen, girl! six week weight loss challenge hosted by Lauren Polinskey is here and ready to pre-order!

In this weight loss challenge, we will be learning and focusing on the same tactics Lauren used to lose 87lb in a year AND this time we have an optional intro to weight lifting package!

We will be focusing on losing weight through water, walking, calorie deficit, and focusing on building joy in our lives!

This is a walking-focused challenge, but we do have a weight lifting add-on option for the girlies that want to or feel ready to add in light weight lifting!

Lauren added in heavy weight lifting after walking off 87lb, but she did light weight lifting twice during her weight loss journey during the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout program that is 6 weeks long.

If you have water, walking, and calorie deficit down and are ready to add in more, this will be perfect for you!

We will be doing a quick 30-45 minute workout on zoom 3 times a week! You will also receive your lifting plan in written form in your PDF!

Our split will be:

Monday: Back and Biceps

Tuesday: Legs

Thursday: Chest and Triceps

We will do 4 moves for each muscle day using hand weights at home!
